The Innovation Radar Summit 2023, held in Lisbon last November, brought together over 140 innovators, investors and specialists for the Innovation Radar Prize pitching competition, insightful discussion panels, and an inspiring keynote.

🎉 Cheers to the winners of the Innovation Radar Prize
The Innovation Radar Prize, organized by the European Commission and Dealflow.eu culminated, this year for the first time, with the Innovation Radar Summit.
The Innovation Radar Prize rewards high-potential innovations and entrepreneurs within the scope of research and innovation projects funded by the European Union (EU).
This year’s overall winner was Zymvol, a pioneering green chemistry startup that harnesses the power of enzymes to speed up industrial processes, founded and led by Portuguese entrepreneur Maria Fátima Lucas. Carbon Waters, a French startup, won the Sustainability Tech award. The Italian InSilicoTrialswas recognised as the most innovative company in the field of AI and smart Devices. The Spanish mjnwas also awarded as the best company in the category Female-Led innovation. Finally, the Swiss company Pharmista, received the People Choice award.
The event was organised in partnership with Eura AG, Dealroom.co, the European Startup Nations Alliance (ESNA), Startup Lisboa and Microsoft.
🔎 New Tech Due Diligences
Throughout 2023, CRIT and LINKNOVATE continued to pursue Dealflow.eu’s mission of supporting and promoting technological innovation. CRIT and LINKNOVATE successfully completed 7 Tech Due Diligences since the project's inception. Among these startups, standout names include Honey.AI, which is revolutionising honey quality analysis with the power of artificial intelligence, and Scantrust an important player in the field of secure QR codes for combating counterfeiting. Additionally, Capsula has developed an important contribution to preventive medicine and chronic disease management, while Up&Charge has brought innovation to magnetic resonance wireless charging. Finally, Aquabattery has made a breakthrough in the field of sustainable long-term energy storage solutions.

You can showcase your ideas and projects by adding links to pitch-decks, company summaries, funding achievements and much more to your profile.
We are celebrating the remarkable achievements in fundraising. of Spindrive, Tvarit and Codee!
In the last three months:
The Finnish startup Spindrive raised €3.8 million in a Series A funding round from Born2Grow, Innovestor and Rhapsody Venture Partners. Spindrive was a finalist of this year’s Innovation Radar Prize.
Tvarit a German startup, secured €6.5 million in a Series A funding round with investments from Momenta Partners, 4Impact, Futury Capital, and Matterwave Ventures.
Spanish startupCodee successfully raised €5 million in Seed funding from investors including Caixa Capital Risc, Unirisco, Swanlaab Venture Factory, and Armilar Venture Partners.
These EU-funded innovators have received Dealflow.eu’s support through investor readiness training and investor introductions, and/or participated in e-pitching events.
